How long does it take for my fabric order to ship?

We typically process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. During major sales or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our high-quality fabrics and quilting kits worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy for cut fabric?

Because fabric is cut specifically to your order specifications, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

Are your fabrics 100% cotton?

The majority of our inventory consists of premium 100% cotton quilting fabrics from industry-leading manufacturers to ensure the best quality for your projects.

Can I add items to an order I already placed?

To ensure fast shipping, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to add additional items to it.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, as soon as your order is packaged and a shipping label is created, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
