At Jordan Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your quilting and sewing supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original packaging and have not been cut, washed, or used; please note that patterns and custom-cut kits are final sale.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original box or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage to the fabric or notions during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
